In this tutorial, we will show you how to display the current log files that your site generates each time you call it up. With these log files you can quickly detect possible errors and adjust your page if necessary.
Please note that only the last 250 lines are displayed. If you need more than the displayed 250 lines, or if you are looking for an incident that is further in the past than the displayed entries, please contact our service team.
On our homepage at www.checkdomain.net/en, click on My Login at the top right and select "Customer Area" to log in.
You will reach the login form by entering your customer number or e-mail address and your customer password and then clicking on the "Login" button.
You are now in your customer area. In the left navigation click on the navigation point "Webhosting".
If you have several web hosting packages, click on the "Edit" button for the web hosting package for which you want to view the log files.
Now select the domain name in the upper area for which you want to view the log files.
In the lower menu, click on the "Logs" button.
In the following screen you have the possibility to display the access or error log files. Click on the "Access log" button to display the information on accesses to individual files...
... or the "Error Log" button to display information on errors that have occurred.
