The reminder fees amount to 2.50 € (gross) and will be charged with the first reminder, or payment reminder, with the next invoice.
With the second reminder, or also request for payment, (last extrajudicial reminder) the fees amount to 5.00 € (gross) and are due immediately with the reminder.
Tip: In order to avoid a reminder in the first place, we recommend our direct debit service, through which you no longer miss any payment and additionally save money and unnecessary effort.
You can activate the direct debit service in your personal customer area under "Personal data" -> "Bank details".
