Charges billed even though I cancelled?

You cancelled your contract and you were still charged fees? This can have the following reasons:

1. Not all domains cancelled

Please compare the invoiced domains with your cancellation: Perhaps you have not cancelled all domains in your checkdomain portfolio?

 

2. Cancellation period exceeded

We have received your notice, but the notice period was already exceeded at this time.
