How do I activate/deactivate the support chat?

Through the LiveChat you get fast and uncomplicated contact to our support. If you do not want us to answer your questions automatically, you can deactivate the chat. This setting only works if you are logged in to the customer area.

Step 1

On our homepage at www.checkdomain.de, click on My Login at the top right and select "Customer Area" to log in.


You will reach the login form by entering your customer number or e-mail address and your customer password and then clicking on the "Login" button.

 

Step 2

You are now in your customer area. In the left navigation click on the navigation point "My data" and then select "Settings". 

Step 3

Now select the desired setting in the pull-down menu under "Support Chat".

 

 

Click on the "Save" button after the desired change.
